a) VALUATION AND RECORD SECTION
i. To collect all relative information and identification of the deceased properties, rights and recipient of the inheritance.
ii. To address the obligation of funerals expenses, clearing of debts, payments of bequest, other expenses and the rights of the recipients.
iii. To register and keep records of succession.

b) PROBATE COORDINATION SECTION
i. To coordinate and address announcement, correspondence and verification of the estate related matters.
ii. Evaluation, conversion into cash and management of the estate related matters.
iii. To administer the rights of the children, unidentified recipients and assets left out of Zanzibar.
